I wouldn't. Because I have a strong tendency to become emotionally attached. In fact, I have a hard time enjoying sex at all if there's no emotional connection. Sex just for the sake of sex sounds boring, and a turnoff to me.

Unlikely but possible. It'd have to be friendly, affectionate sex (not strictly getting my rocks off) with the clear knowledge that I was not expecting to detach said person from the spouse. And I'd have to be majorly crazy about the dude. But the latter would make it hard not to want more of a relationship.
